Roberlo acquires Chemfix Products Ltd

We are pleased to announce that Roberlo SA, Europe’s leading manufacturer of car refinish and construction chemical products, has acquired Chemfix Products Ltd, UK.

The aim of Roberlo Group acquiring Chemfix is to keep growing in the chemical anchors market. The know-how of Chemfix staff and the total turnover joining both companies, positions the new company as one of the three leading manufacturers of chemical anchors in Europe.

The entire management and all employees of Chemfix will remain with the company. We hope you will share our enthusiasm about Chemfix and Roberlo joining forces to look forward to even intensify our relationship.

As of December 1st, we have appointed Carles Palomo as the new Managing Director of Chemfix and Mr Urs Joos will be the new Commercial & Marketing Director and member of the Board of Directors.
