These are the first pictures of the newly improved box outer from Chemfix. This box will replace the current standard box for cartridges over a period of time, and offers a more robust transport solution.
A number of box printing configurations are offered including bar coding and logo.
The new boxes are manufactured with "semi-chem fluting", which is the process of treating the corrugated fluting between the upper and lower sheets, usually with starch, in order to provide increased strength over conventional fluting.
The boxes are lazer die-cut for maximum accuracy, and precision erection technology. This leads to much lower size variation, and therefore much greater stability in palletisation and transport.
