NEW Timbabuild EWS Formulation now features UNLIMITED working time. The EWS primer must be left for 20 minutes to penetrate, then the Timbabuild resin repair can be applied at any time afterwards, whether wet or fully cured.
The new EWS formulation has changed slightly, not only with new updated Timbabuild branded packaging, but you will also notice a slightly more orange colour with the 2:1 mix.
The brush applied primer is still an essential part of the Timbabuild repair system, but just got a lot more flexible. Previoulsy the user had to carry out repairs within a 4 hour period of first application. Clearly this did create some restrictions with work flow.
Happily, Chemfix has designed the new generation primer with UNLIMITED open time. The EWS solution is repair ready after 20 minutes - with no restriction on repair time.
