An extended masonry approval 19/0496 for PESF TOP resin has been issued this week which includes new sizes and substrates, making PESF TOP a best in class chemical anchor resin.
What are the differences?
19/0496 is covered by the new EAD 330076-00-0604 and far outweighs the previous Masonry approval - now covering sizes M6 to M12 and with expanded sleeve and masonry type including solid clay, and hollow brick.
Under the approval the anchors may now be used in the following temperature range:
(a) -40°C to +40°C (max. short term temperature +40°C and max. long term temperature +24°C)
(b) -40°C to +80°C (max. short term temperature +80°C and max. long term temperature +50°C)
Using stainless steel or galvanized threaded rods, and can be installed in either dry or wet environmental conditions.
