The 400ml Extrusion Tool is required to extrude the material from either the EHB or ERC 400ml cartridges.

The toughened steel design is already proven by Chemfix Products in the most rigourous of markets in its chemical anchoring division. The trigger is specially geared to release a controlled amount of material without mess and with ease. There is a release valve at the rear also to stop excess flow after the trigger is released.

Two items which are very important to the Timbabuild system. The "Linbide®" scraper is a special tool which is specially designed for removing the existing paint from the repair area to avoid any contamination. It is designed to be tough, light & easy to use in tightly contoured areas.

The Digital Moisture Meter should be in every contractors tool kit. For Timbabuild to be effective, the moisture content of the wood in the repair area must be a minimum of 18% otherwise the wood must be dried using a blow torch or another method. This tool allows the user to quickly establish wood suitability.
