 Structural Pouring Grout

Structural grouts are a group of products designed for a variety of applications such as bonding building materials together, anchoring re-bars or balustrades into concrete and as bedding grouts around machinery and are suitable for both internal and external applications.

Structural pouring grouts are available in two resin systems, polyester resin and epoxy resin.

The polyester resin based product is available in two grades: pourable and pumpable.

The pourable grade is a free flowing system allowing the user to pour the product directly from the mixing container without the need for specialist equipment.

The pumpable grade has a thixotropic consistency, which is applied using the desired dispensing system. The thixotropic nature of this grade allows it to be used in vertical as well as horizontal applications.

Both grades are rapid curing achieving early high strengths, especially in compression and tension and when cured exhibit excellent corrosion resistance.

The epoxy resin based product is a free flowing system allowing the user to pour the product directly from the mixing container without the need of specialist equipment. This system has excellent self-levelling properties making it ideal for repairing uneven or worn floor surfaces.

The epoxy resin structural grout can also be used for timber engineering or beam end repairs making it an economical alternative to replacing full beams.
