The Chemfix Arctic formula which is about to enter it's fourth season of success is now available to buy in ChubSeal cartridges, combining the winning elements of the ChubSeal system with the advantages offered by Chemfix's low temperature extruding resin.

Engineering an Optimal Future

Chemfix has welcomed a new team member, Mark Robson, into a management role in its engineering department. Mark has a wealth of previous experience in heavy industrial engineering, and for the last twenty years in the fast paced food manufacturing and processing industry.

Mark is aware of, and has embraced the challenges ahead ; to manage and maintain the resources and materials required for the growth of Chemfix in the future.

This crucial position has been invested in by Chemfix to bring further gains to efficiencies and manage the growth of the scale of its manufacturing facility at Dewsbury. As well as the day to day running of the operations, Mark will oversee the planned installation and commissioning of brand new machinery for 2011.

We wish Mark every success in his new responsibility.

Chemfix Expands Sales into the Peoples Republic of China.

Its total area is 3.7million square miles. and it has an estimated population of 1.3 billion. More recently it has been a country synonymous with growth rates in the 10% bracket (per annum GDP) for the past 30 years.

We refer of course to the People Republic of China. A model of modern day capitalism and one of the worlds largest industrial economies. Needless to say, the construction sector in the P.R.C has also grown in real terms and also as a percentage share of its GDP, investment and growth have gone hand in hand.

Chemfix has supplied a landmark first order into the P.R.C this month, through an international wholesaler including ChubSeal cartridges with styrene free resin, Chemfix Pure Epoxy 1:1 and a full range of ancillary items.

Metolux Metoset Pourable Formula - Key Improvements.

The Chemfix laboratory team have been working hard through the late Summer and Autumn on key product improvements to the request and specification of our partners.

Only through rigorous testing and reformulation can we produce industry leading products, and by listening closely to the needs of our most valuable asset - our customer base.

Just one example of this being the several new features which have enhanced Metolux Metoset pourable, the self-levelling and styrene free concrete repair mixture.

MSDS in Your Logo & Your Language.

The newly installed Lycos system has brought many new possibilities to the way Chemfix manages the data for its formulations, in particular Material Safety Data sheets.

The system now produces data sheets for every single Chemfix resin formula automatically in over 26 different languages (with more planned for next year) with the recent editions of Chinese and Turkish, and can produce tailor made sheets containing our partners logo and contact details at the push of a button. In this day and age when legislation is constantly shifting, now is the time to check that you are fully up to date.

We are all now anticipating the updates which will be required in the future when the new CLP regulations will revolutionize the way safety data is managed and presented on product labels and written form. Our Lycos system will make that change manageable for everyone who relies on our expertise.
